7. Orbit Book Writers – Revision & Refund Policy

At Orbit Book Writers, we prioritize client satisfaction above all. Our Unlimited Free Revision Policy ensures that you can request changes and enhancements to your manuscript, design, or content free of charge through your dedicated client portal — until

you are completely satisfied.

8. Refund Policy:

We are committed to fulfilling your eBook needs professionally and promptly. However, in the rare case that we are unable to meet your expectations or our promised delivery timeline, a refund can be requested based on the conditions outlined below:

  • Eligibility for Refund:
  • If a duplicate payment is made due to a processing error.
  • If we fail to meet your specific project requirements as agreed upon.
  • If we are unable to complete your eBook order within the stated delivery timeline.

You may request a refund within five (5) days of receiving your initial eBook draft.

If we do not receive a refund request within this timeframe, it will be assumed that you are satisfied with the delivered content.

Refund requests will be processed as follows:

Before delivery of initial draft Full refund (minus 10% processing fee)
Within 48 hours of receiving initial draft 66% refund (minus 10% processing fee)
Between 48–120 hours of delivery 33% refund (minus 10% processing fee)
After 120 hours of delivery No refund (but revisions are still available)

9. Project Inactivity:

In cases where there is no client response for 14 consecutive days, the project will be halted and archived. To resume work, a $49 reactivation fee will be required. Exceptions include emergencies, which must be communicated in advance.

10. Refunds Will Not Be Granted In the Following Cases:

  • Change of mind after project initiation.
  • Business closure or shift in marketing strategy.
  • Loss of funding or investor withdrawal.
  • Engaging another freelancer or company during the project.
  • Submission of misleading or plagiarized content.
  • Refusal to follow editorial or creative guidance.
  • Client fails to complete onboarding form or content questionnaire.

11. Quality Assurance:

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

12. Account Responsibility:

Used for various purposes, including providing products and services, responding to inquiries, and analyzing usage patterns.

13. Disclaimers:

We make no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, or availability of our services.
